Sponsor letters, press set and partner wall

The brief

Make the sponsor mark unmissable in daylight and on the evening broadcast, give media a set that photographs cleanly, and recognize every partner in one place guests walk through.

What we built

Very large dimensional letters were fabricated as free-standing pieces and set on the lawn to form the sponsor mark. A second set of letters spelling the tournament hashtag was internally lit for night. The press set pairs a repeat-pattern printed backdrop wall with a fabricated podium counter carrying the tournament mark, and a long interior corridor lined with a white partner wall, framed by timber portals and greenery, leads guests into hospitality. A branded registration and concierge desk with a printed header wall completes the arrival.

How it came together

Letters were cut and finished in our shop and engineered to stand on grass. All graphics were printed in-house and installed by our own crews with the structures they dress.
