A hospitality village on a coastal course

A complete spectator village for a multi-day tournament: a branded timber gateway at the entry, free-standing hospitality structures finished in brick and timber, a saloon-style entrance, high-volume concessions, on-course signage and dressed tee boxes, all installed in the advance week and removed after the final round.

The brief

Give tournament guests and sponsors a village that feels permanent for the week: a clear arrival, hospitality structures with real architectural finishes rather than tent walls, and branding that reads from the fairway and on camera.

What we built

A timber gateway with a large branded panel marks the village entry, and a brick-piered arch with sponsor roundels frames the picket path onto the course. Inside the village, open-sided service structures carry brick-look roofs on heavy timber posts with long counters beneath them, a brick-and-timber hospitality building wears a scripted roof sign, and a dark timber saloon entry with a lit sign band and swing gates opens onto the course. A pergola carries a circular pub sign in front of the tent line, white branded concessions with canopy roofs serve the queues, and tee boxes are dressed with branded panels and markers.

How it came together

Every structure was approved as a rendering, fabricated and pre-fit in our shop, trucked to the course and installed on uneven ground during the advance week. Graphics were printed in-house to fit each structure. After the final round the village was struck, loaded and returned to inventory.
