Our designers and carpenters have built props and scenic pieces for golf tournaments, brand activations, galas and hospitality spaces for more than 30 years, from giant dimensional letters to full-height replica features. Large EPS foam props
Most of our large props are carved from EPS foam, the lightweight expanded polystyrene used by theme parks, film sets and sign shops. We cut the shape by hot wire and CNC router, hand-sculpt the detail, then hard-coat it in polyurea or a protective hard coat and paint it. The result looks solid, holds up outdoors and weighs a fraction of wood or metal, so giant pieces are easy to ship, lift and install.

EPS foam moldings and realistic faux wood
EPS foam is also the fast, lightweight way to add architecture. We produce foam crown moldings, cornices, window and door surrounds, keystones, corbels, column caps and ceiling medallions, plus realistic faux wood beams and trim that are carved and hand-painted with grain, knots and aged stain so they look like real timber, without the weight, cost or structural support.

What are EPS foam props?
EPS foam props are carved from expanded polystyrene, then hard-coated and painted. They look solid, hold up indoors and outdoors, and weigh far less than wood or metal, which makes giant props practical to ship and install.
Do you make EPS foam moldings?
Yes. We produce EPS foam crown moldings, cornices, window and door trim, keystones, corbels, column caps and medallions for interiors and storefront exteriors, cut to custom profiles.
Can foam look like real wood?
Yes. Our faux wood beams, timbers and trim are carved and hand-painted with grain, knots and aged stain so they read as real wood, at a fraction of the weight and cost.
Do you build props outside Nashville?
Yes. We build props for Chattanooga, Baton Rouge, Orlando and events nationwide, with warehouse support near Nashville, in Baton Rouge and in Orlando.
